 Please be aware that logging and road constructionand  heavy equipment continue to work on the Claire Dimock trail that connects just to the south of the Elliot Lake airport. Proceed here with caution and if at all possible avoid this area altogether. Your co-operation with our local logging company and the Elliot Lake ATV club is appreciated.

McCabe Creek Bridge is Closed on the May Lake Loop as of May 23rd, 2008; until further notice.

                               CANADA SAFETY COUNCIL ATV SAFE RIDER COURSE..........is offered for the 2008 season once again by Nicole Morin for only $ 20.00 for members and also to "new" members to the club.
If you are interested in taking this course please e-mail your intensions to this website at john@elatv.com with your name and phone number.  If enough persons are interested in taking this worthwhile course then you will be contacted by the club when a date has been arranged; sometime in early spring.

BRIDGE CLOSURE
Due to various circumstances the bridge commonly known as the Pecors Bridge on the Whisky Lake trail has been temporarily "closed" by the M.N.R  Espanola detachment due to its unsafe condition.
There will be no elatv club scheduled rides to Whiskey Lake due to the present condition of this bridge.
Scheduled rides to Whisky Lake will resume once this problem has been rectified.
